WELCOME

Being born in Naples isn't just a geographical fact; it's a destiny that connects you to a millennial story and a complex, fascinating identity. It's an experience lived between two extremes, as I learned in the labyrinth of the historical center's alleys.

On one side, there's the sculpted and carved material: the history hidden in every stone. For almost 2,800 years, starting from its Greek origins and myths, these stones have dressed the city's buildings, shaping eras and their styles. On the other side, there's the vastness of the sky and the sea, which merge into a taut line on the horizon, where dreams and utopia are projected.

These three elements—stone, sky, and sea—aren't just a backdrop but the landscape that has forged the city's character. They are the nourishment that feeds the creativity of those who live and grow in this reality, savoring a deep sense of belonging to a place that is unique in the world.

For me, born into an artisan family, studying art in high school and then becoming an architect was a natural path. I learned that everything is born from an idea that transforms into a project and, finally, into a finished product. This is how I've poured my passion into my work: designing and creating a painting, a sculpture, or a space.

My second life in London has fruitfully influenced my way of expressing myself. London is an incessant laboratory where tastes, cultures, and traditions mix and regenerate into a powerful and kaleidoscopic multicultural expression. As someone who has always felt like a global citizen without borders, I have adapted my existence to this new rhythm, a "drumbeat" different from the purely Mediterranean one, while still keeping my original roots solid.

Nascere a Napoli non è un semplice fatto geografico, ma un destino che ti connette a una vicenda millenaria e a un'identità complessa e affascinante.

È un'esperienza che si vive tra due estremi, come ho imparato nel dedalo dei vicoli del centro storico.

Da un lato, c'è la  materia scolpita e tagliata: la storia che si nasconde in ogni pietra. Da quasi 2800 anni,  partendo dalle origini legate alla Grecia e ai suoi miti, queste pietre vestono gli edifici della città, modellando le epoche e i loro stili. Dall'altro lato c'è la vastità del  cielo e del mare, che si  fondono in una linea tesa all'orizzonte, lungo la quale si proiettano il sogno e l’utopia. 

Questi tre elementi — pietra, cielo e mare — non sono uno sfondo, ma il paesaggio che ha forgiato il carattere della città, l’alimento che nutre la creatività di chi in questa realtà vive e cresce, assaporando un profondo senso di appartenenza a un luogo unico al mondo.

Per me, nato in un ambiente artigiano, studiare arte al liceo e diventare poi architetto è stato un percorso naturale. Ho imparato che ogni cosa nasce da un'idea che si trasforma in progetto e, infine, in manufatto. È così che ho  trasfuso  la mia passione nel mio lavoro: progettare e realizzare un quadro, una scultura o uno spazio.

La mia seconda vita a Londra ha fertilmente contaminato il mio modo di esprimermi. Londra è un laboratorio incessante, in cui gusti, culture e tradizioni si mescolano e rigenerano in un'espressione multiculturale  potente e caleidoscopica. Io, che mi sono sempre sentito un cittadino del mondo senza confini, ho adattato la mia esistenza a questo nuovo ritmo, un "battere di tamburo" diverso da quello puramente mediterraneo, pur mantenendo solide le mie radici d'origine.
